Cocktails - Rhucello

We've noticed that some clever people are using Rhucello as more than just an aperitif. Here are some of our favourites to try out.

Loopy Lindsey's Love Potion

25ml Tequila
25ml Rhucello
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Egg white
10ml Passion Fruit syrup
25ml Red Grape Juice
Dry Shake without ice.
Add ice - re-shake. Double strain into a coupe/martini
25ml Prosecco
Candy floss garnish.

Rhubramble (Unity Works)

25ml Rhucello
25ml Hendricks gin
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
Shake hard with ice.
Strain into an old Fashioned glass over crushed ice.
Top with a bar spoon of crème de cassis.
Garnish, Mint sprig and icing sugar dusting.

Wakefield Bellini

25ml Rhucello
125ml Prosecco
Stem Champagne flute
Strawberry to garnish.

Kiss My Face (Velvet bar)

25ml Hendricks gin
25ml Rhucello
25ml Strawberry purée
Ice, shake, double strain into a martini glass.
Garnish Three Strawberry Lips sweets on a cocktail stick.

Rhubarb & Custard (The Tap)

25ml Rhucello,
25ml vanilla vodka,
50ml single cream.
Build ingredients in a rocks glass with ice, stir.
Gingerbread to garnish.

Rhucello & Ginger

50ml Rhucello
150ml Ginger beer
Tall glass
Lemon and Rhubarb Baton to garnish.
